Indicators

Instructions

The Indicators extension adds a number of visual indicators to PC/NPC tokens that are placed on maps.  This extension should be compatible with CoreRPG based rulesets and has been tested on 5e, 4e, and SavageWorlds.  Not all indicators work for all rulesets.  If you find a ruleset that does not appear compatible, please contact the author using the support info below.

The types of Indicators that are currently supported include:

Options

The GM has the option to enable/disable any of the indicator types, and to select which icon set will be used.  Each indicator type has multiple icon sets which may be selected.  These can be individually selected in the Options.

Each indicator type can be individually scaled from 50%-150% of the token size.

Chat Command

The GM has access to the "/siclear" chat command.  When this command is executed, it will clear all saving throw indicators.

Icon Sets

Each Indicator type has a variety of icon sets to choose from.  Sets designated with a (B) indicate that it contains blood, while those marked with (NB) have no blood.

Dying / Stable Indicator

The Dying / Stable indicator applies an indicator to a PC when they are at 0 HP.  NPC entries will immediately show the "dead" indicator, while PC entries will show as Dying, Dead, or Stable depending on their health status.  Some icon sets show different dying images based on the number of failed death saving throws.

Dying 0: PC is at 0 HP but no failed death saving throws

Dying 1: PC is at 0 HP with one failed death saving throws

Dying 2: PC is at 0 HP with two failed death saving throws

Stable (5e): A PC is stable if it is at 0HP, and has the "Stable" effect applied to it, or has 3 successful death saving throws.

The Saving Throw indicator is currently only available for the 5E ruleset.  It will not display results in other rulesets.  This indicator applies to tokens that have made a saving throw.  It will indicate whether the saving throw was a success, failure, or a a success for half-damage.  These indicators are cleared automatically when the initiative is passed.  There is also a chat slash command that is available to the DM to clear saving throw indicators.  The chat command is "/siclear".

There are 3 indicators for Saving Throw.

Success - When the saving throw is successful.

Half - When the saving throw is successful for half damage.

Failure -When the saving throw is failed.
